Amplex-Emirates is a pioneer in the UAE and the Middle East for implementation of AMR solutions, integrating different models and types of utility meters, both energy and water, into the Billing Systems for Utilities ADWEA, ADDC, and AADC. 

The project scope includes design, installation and integration of a flexible and scalable solution that fits any number of meters using GPRS, WiFi, PLC and RF communication technologies to collect and transfer data remotely from energy and water meters to the central database.
